In 2013 Jenny discovered the practice of Yoga as part of her healing process from serious illness. She was instantly hooked and has maintained a consistent practice since, realising the transformational benefits Yoga can have on the mind and body.
In 2015 she commenced her 250 hour Yoga Teacher Training under Nichi Green and Brian Cooper. Teaching Yoga is now her full time career sharing her passion and dedication with others. She is a compassionate teacher and enjoys supporting individual students’ needs with modifications where necessary and encouraging people who are curious about Yoga to consider starting a practice.
Jenny teaches a variety of Yoga disciplines, but always with an emphasis on the anatomical rationale that underscores safe, effective teaching. Jenny also enjoys using Yoga to assist individuals as an adjunct to improve their primary sport or exercise regime.
A mum to two young boys, Jenny is also a qualified children and adolescent Yoga teacher, guiding children from pre-school age to adolescents with a light hearted and spontaneous approach.
