I have worked for as a personal trainer for 6 years,
working to improve fitness and health as well as rehabilitation training to help people overcome injuries and postural problems.
My qualifications include:
- level 3 personal trainer
- level 3 pilates instructor
- 1st class degree with Honors in Exercise
- Physical Activity and Health.
I’m currently completing a level 5 in sports therapy and rehabilitation. My passion is anatomy and physiology, looking at how the biomechanics work to identify what people need to strengthen or support to reduce pain or improve function.
